Y2 Consultants is a Women-Owned Small Business, founded in 2010 by Brenda Younkin and Zia Yasrobi with offices in Jackson, Cheyenne, and Pinedale. Our team brings over 35 years of project experience in engineering, surveying, construction management, natural resources, planning, and strategic communications. Y2’s vision is to “Enhance the natural and built environment.” Since its inception in 2011, Y2 Consultants (Y2) of Jackson acquired Pierson Landworks of Jackson, and Western Research & Development of Cheyenne. These mergers expanded the inter-disciplinary capabilities offered in-house and improved capability to serve clients across Wyoming. Y2 provides comprehensive support services from initial feasibility and planning, all the way through final construction. Our extensive project portfolio includes roadway planning and design, water and sewer infrastructure, stormwater systems, site permitting and design, environmental review, cost estimating, water rights and permitting, structural design and analysis, construction monitoring, real estate due diligence, natural resource planning, and strategic communications.
