REAL Building was formed in late 2006 with a belief that there was a better, more holistic way of designing and building places that inspired a more responsible, efficient, and healthy lifestyle. Our founder, Taylor Ralph, helped to design, build and certify the Tampa Bay region’s first LEED-certified home, as part of the LEED Pilot Program, implementing innovative practices not used in the region before such as rainwater and greywater harvesting, prefabricated construction techniques, healthy building design and native landscaping.
