We are an Energy Rating & Consulting company, mainly focusing on new construction but do existing home business as well. We have two RESNET Certified Energy Raters and one LEED AP on staff. We provide services for homeowners, home builders, and developers. Our expertise is in the following markets; ENERGY STAR, HERS Index, Utah Energy Code Compliance, Energy Audits, Energy Efficient/Improvement Mortgage Analysis, Utility Rebate/Incentive Programs, Residential Tax Credits, REScheck, Energy Code & Efficiency/Best Practices Training, CAZ Inspection/Testing and EPA’s advanced certificate programs such as Zero Ready Energy Home, Indoor airPLUS and Water Sense.
