KHA Civil Engineers, Inc. began operations in March of 1999 with the desire to provide quality civil engineering services to commercial, municipal, utility, institutional, industrial, private development, and military clients. We are a small, yet experienced, Civil Engineering firm that specializes in development and utility planning, design, and permitting for both private and public projects.
