Gretchen Coleman Commissioning Group, LLC (GCCG) was established in September 2008. GCCG is a 100% woman owned small business, certified in the Commonwealth of Virginia – SWaM number 676085. GCCG specializes in Building Systems Commissioning of both new and existing buildings including those seeking LEED certification, Facility Assessments, ESCO Review and Commissioning, and Design Review services. In 2013, GCCG was awarded a Commonwealth of Virginia contract for Non Professional Construction Services. This contract, with a period of performance through October 31, 2014 and 3 one year options for renewal, allows Public Bodies of the Commonwealth of Virginia to hire GCCG through a simplified procurement process. In 2015, GCCG was awarded a Micro Business Certification in the SWaM program. This program is a set aside for projects under $10,000.00 and is renewable in perpetuity with the SWaM renewal. GCCG was just awarded a new 5 year contract through February 2023. In February of 2014, GCCG obtained their Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) certification in North Carolina. This program is similar to Virginia’s SWaM program. GCCG has been awarded a renewal on this certification until January 2022.
