The company was started by two self-made brothers, Jake and Ben, who started working in the construction industry at the age of 16 and taught themselves building science and the importance of building for a purpose. FAB (previously known as MCH Group) was born out of a determination and passion to build energy efficient structures for generations to come and high quality craftsmanship. Their sister Karina, joined them in 2015 as financial manager. FAB is now a well-established design-build firm located in the heart of the Gatineau Hills in Eastern Canada, in the province of Quebec. The company is composed of highly skilled carpenters, designers, and innovative thinkers. FAB has partnered with leading architects such as Douglas Cardinal from Canada, Bjarke Ingels Group from Denmark and more.
