The Platinum Service Group infrastructure is very unique. Thomas William Earl III, our owner and CEO, purchased a small carpet cleaning company a few days after his 18th birthday in 2004, the very same year his family’s home was destroyed by a tornado. He did this by trading his personal truck for a carpet cleaning van and the small cleaning company’s client base. Over the next few years Tom branched out into accepting restoration projects, gaining experience in fire and water restoration, all the while gaining accreditations and certifications for cleaning, restoration, and environmental health. Platinum is bonded and insured, restoration and mold certified, as well as a preferred service provider for the IICRC.
