Midwest Building Performance is a company that evaluates homes and buildings to optimize energy efficiency, thermal comfort, and occupant health. We use the results of energy audits and building performance assessments to provide sound solutions to our clients. We have been serving homeowners, business owners, landlords, and contractors in central Illinois since July 2011. With a passion for energy efficiency and building performance, we use diagnostic equipment and training in building science to perform a variety of services to best suit the needs of our clients. At the core of our business is the energy audit which is an evaluation of all systems in the building that have an impact on energy usage including insulation, windows, heating, cooling, water diversion, and lighting. These systems are interconnected and work together to provide comfort, optimize efficiency, and ultimately increase the value of your home or building.
