SATISFACTION POLICY

Satisfaction guarantee 

Ecohome is committed to offering quality training that is on the cutting edge of sustainable home building, and specifically adapted to cold climates and markets. All our trainers are expert instructors with many years of experience in their respective fields, and participants are sure to have an enriching experience no matter the course. 

To claim a refund under our satisfaction policy, participants have up to 10 days after the training date or access to the recordings to submit their request by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. After this deadline, reimbursement will not be possible.

To be eligible for a refund under the satisfaction policy you must have taken the entire course and explained your reasons, so that we can make any necessary adjustments.

Refund policy

In the event of cancellation by Ecohome

Ecohome reserves the right to make changes to the schedule or to cancel a training session. Participants may choose to transfer their registration to the same course at a later date, or to another course of the same value. Alternatively, they may obtain a refund of the amount paid.

In the event of cancellation by the participant

The cancellation of a registration by the participant must be sent in writing to the following e-mail address: [email protected]

For online or in-person learning: 

The participant will be reimbursed according to the following conditions:

  • Full refund if the cancellation is before the start of the course.
  • If the cancellation is after the start of the course, we offer a prorated refund that is the lesser of these 2 amounts - either fee of $50, or 10% of the price of the courses not taken.
  • No refunds will be offered after the end of the course.
