Pre-Fabricated Financing Specialist
I’m a dedicated mortgage and construction financing advisor with 19 years of experience at CIBC, specializing in pre-fabricated & stick frame residential construction lending for single-family homes, duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes. Throughout my career, I’ve written over 3,500 mortgages, including more than 75 residential construction deals. I’m proud to have consistently ranked among the top performers at CIBC—most recently in the top 1% for the past three years.
Over the last several years, I’ve played a leading role in developing and expanding our prefabricated construction financing program, partnering with multiple builders across Ontario to bring innovative housing solutions to market. Our work continues to gain momentum as we grow in this evolving space.
Outside of work, I’m recently engaged and grateful for a successful heart surgery that’s allowed me to return to an active lifestyle. I’m passionate about golf and a proud Ottawa Senators fan, with a renewed appreciation for balance in both life and career.
