Rino Royer founded Van-Isle Millwork & Kitchens in Courtenay back in 1981. Since then, we have grown into one of the largest and most well respected manufacturers of designer kitchens, bathrooms and custom cabinetry on Vancouver Island. Our team is comprised of highly skilled designers, expert craftsmen and customer service professionals.

Our 20,000 square foot facility is one of the largest and most efficient custom millwork shops on Vancouver Island. Equipped with expansive floor space and state-of-the-art equipment, we can take on multiple projects at the same time. We don’t put our client’s projects on hold, and we are committed to our deadlines.

At Van-Isle Millwork & Kitchens, we build what we call “Lifetime Cabinets” - crafted to perfection using the highest quality materials. We build our Lifetime Cabinets to stand up to the wear and tear that naturally occurs over time. We do that by dual coating our cabinets, using high-density core board, and by finishing with an ultra-hard catalyzed finish. By focusing on every minute detail of our craftsmanship, we can build you a kitchen, bathroom or custom project that will look as impressive years down the road as it does on the day of installation.
