Insightful Healthy Homes Inc. is a design-build firm established in 2004 by Arthur Lo, one of the most experienced and accredited green home builders in the country. Under his guidance, Insightful builds quality, high performing homes that achieve the highest standards of living and efficiency, while maintaining affordability. Insightful is involved in the development and research of advanced technologies that are incorporated in our buildings, as well as providing consultation services regarding energy efficiency and indoor air quality. Insightful is an internationally recognized building technology expert, and was the technical consultant for the Super E program in China and continues to work with NRCan and the CMHC to develop technical requirements for programs in Canada. Insightful is currently a member of the Net Zero Pilot Program run by NRCan. Each project is not only an opportunity to advance our industry in a green direction, but also cared for and nurtured like our own home.
Environmental mission and strategy (ESG)
Arthur Lo is an award-winning builder and chartered engineer with over 20 years of experience building high-performance homes. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong and worked for the Hong Kong government on infrastructure projects, including the Hong Kong International Airport. Arthur is a member of the Management Committee for the Net Zero Energy Housing Council, CHBA. He also served as a member of the International Training Team for CMHC, as well as delivers lectures and seminars to industry professionals. 2014
