Design details: the Sotramont difference

Sotramont is a recognized leader when it comes to quality construction. They invest in ongoing research and development, perform site quality testing and as importantly, they thoroughly train all hands-on site workers. Sotramont’s homes have received and continue to receive numerous certifications attesting to their efforts in diverse fields of construction.

Renowned architects Yelle Maillé & Ass have designed these distinctive homes with clean-lines and clay brick front facades adorned with aluminum details, forming elegant exteriors.

The firm Patenaude Trempe Van Dalen Inc. was hired for the project as a building envelope consultant (windows, exterior siding, roofs and rooftop terraces). Their role was to advise the project professionals on how to integrate quality and sustainability principles into critical aspects of the building envelope. During the design and construction phases, they provided specialized consulting services, with the aim of avoiding or minimizing performance issues. Their mandate included supervising the quality of the envelope and roof during construction, and laboratory and on-site testing of windows.

Setting a new standard, Homes Greenwich is the first project in Quebec with dual-energy homes that leverage heat pump and natural gas technologies, insuring savings of up to $1,000 on your energy bills.

Appreciating the impact of a well-rounded and thriving community, every aspect of this master-planned neighbourhood is developed with the industry’s leading professionals. We strive for nothing less than a place to call home for families and future generations.” Marc-Andre Roy, President of Sotramont.

The neighbourhood is thoughtfully integrated with a new natural park and located in the heart of Pointe-Claire’s shopping, sports, cultural and recreation centres. Schools and daycares are within walking distance. Residents can easily access public bus lines, commuter trains, highways, and the international airport.
