Design details: the Sotramont difference

Sotramont is a recognized leader when it comes to quality construction. Renowned architects Yelle Maillé & Ass have designed these distinctive homes with clean-lines and clay brick front facades adorned with aluminum details, forming elegant exteriors.

The firm Patenaude Trempe Van Dalen Inc. was hired for the project as a building envelope consultant (windows, exterior siding, roofs and rooftop terraces). Their role was to advise the project professionals on how to integrate quality and sustainability principles into critical aspects of the building envelope. During the design and construction phases, they provided specialized consulting services, with the aim of avoiding or minimizing performance issues. Their mandate included supervising the quality of the envelope and roof during construction, and laboratory and on-site testing of windows.
